What we can do together

What We Do

Using a structured consultative approach we help identify key opportunities and tailored solutions designed to produce direct and quantifiable results.

Overview of the Five-Phase Consultative Process:

1. Initial Engagement
– To ensure success of a project a basic agreement (i.e., mutual clarification of needs and goals) as well as an initial plan of action is established with the client.

2. Clarifying Situations
– During this phase with the client there is a determination of critical issues, underlying causes and the establishment of an overall direction for change or improvement.

3. Specifying Changes
– At this phase there is determination of what should be done and how it should be done to effect the desired changes or improvements.

4. Implementing Initiatives
- This phase includes the execution of the plan of action, evaluation of outcomes and adjustments or corrections to the action plan during the course of the project.

5. Wrapping Up
– The last phase of the process is the suitable conclusion of the initiative or project, including consolidation of change, identification of recommendations or further actions to be taken.

A special feature of the Five-Phase Consultative Process is that embedded within it are all of the core elements normally found in any effective “problem solving” process. Also the process as outlined is not meant to be a rigid prescription, but rather a flexible approach which can be adapted to each particular situation.
